Figure out how many calories you need to burn to reach your ugw

(Your weight)-(ugw)*3,500 = how many calories your need to burn

Now go here and type in your weight and 60 minutes. Take how many calories you need to burn and divide it by your favourite way to workout. 

You now have a ballpark of how many hours it will take to reach your goal. 

Don’t feel intimated. Start wondering how many hours you can workout in the day and start chipping away at it.

Remember, you did not gain all that weight in a day and it will not be taken off in a day!

I have a new goal to no longer drive to the grocery store.

I don’t get myself sometimes. I do all these things to save the environment (like paper free checking, making sure I eat the right fish), but somehow all this time I’ve justified driving the 2 blocks to the store. ::Headwall::

So my new goal is that no matter what I need I will start stopping by the store on my runs. I’ll run my time  and end it at the store, then when I’m done I’ll walk home from the store.
